- Per our Data Recovery Partner Program, partners receive a discounted price for our professional data recovery services. The reduced rate provides room for partners to mark up the price and profit the difference.

Why do you charge so little?
|
|
|
- We view this as a mutual business opportunity, and our high volume of data recovery cases allows us to charge the minimum rate possible.
|

|
What if the data cannot be recovered?
|
|
|
- Our “No Data, No Charge” policy applies to partners as well. If we cannot recover the data, then there will be no charge to you. We will cover standard return shipping of the drive(s) and/or storage media.
|
|
|
How do we get the data back?
|
|
|
- We ask that you include a good drive or storage media for us to transfer the recovered data to.
- If you plan to purchase a new drive, we can arrange to obtain one for you. We will only charge you our cost of the drive(s).

|
What is the standard process or order of events?
|
|
|
- Your customer or you determine they need professional data recovery services.
- You reference our partner pricing guide and determine how much you want to charge your customer for the data recovery service.
- Send us both the media that requires data recovery services and a good drive to store the recovered data.
- The normal turnaround time is less than a week (excluding shipping).
- Once we receive your drive, our technicians will contact you and provide a work order number for your data recovery case. You can also login into our partner portal to view information regarding your data recovery case(s).
- Once your data recovery case is closed, we will ship all the media back to you at our cost.

Do you provide a quote?

- With the exception of RAID data recovery cases, all other prices are set. Prices are based on the type of media and the capacity of the media.

- Our fully equipped data recovery lab includes the latest proprietary tools and hardware for professional data recovery services.
- With our team of data recovery experts and our certified ISO5/Class 100 clean room, we are ready to serve all your data recovery needs.

Why an ISO5/Class 100 Clean room?
|
|
|
- A dust particle larger than a human hair on the platter/disk inside the hard drive is like a mountain to the hard drive’s read/write heads. As the drive attempts to function, the dust particle(s) can cause serious damage to the platter/disk’s surface.
- A “dust free/clean” environment is required for opening and making delicate repairs on hard drives with physical damage or mechanical failure. There is no margin for error; even the tiniest dust particle can cause serious damage to the platter/disk’s surface. In an ISO5/Class 100 clean room, the temperature is maintained at 70°F with the humidity at 45% RH, the air quality is 10,000 times purer than your everyday environment, and dust particles are constantly being filtered out. By wearing protective gear and special suits, we reduce the chances of contamination and increase the chances of a successful data recovery.
